Submerged Plants
Submerged plants are often used in aquariums and ponds to help remove nutrients from your pond water and keep your water feature clean. We have a variety of submerged plants, some of which can also be grown as emergent plants (plants that grow up out of the water). Read individual descriptions to see which of our submerged plants will work best for your water garden or aquarium. With submerged pond plants we recommend 1 bundle for every 2 square feet of surface area of your water feature.
Planting instructions:
Submerged oxygenating pond plants can be weighted, so that it will sink to the bottom of your pond with our plant weights or plant using a 4" x 4" basket with some pea gravel.
