Nelumbo 'Green Maiden' Hardy Water Lotus
Green Maiden is considered a dwarf variety, and will grow 1' to 3' tall and the flowers and are 2" - 3" across. This free blooming changeable lotus has beautiful blossoms that open a soft pink and change to yellow by the third day. Good choice for containers or small to large water gardens.

PLANTING CONTAINER: We recommend a 2 1/2 gallon solid container
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS: FULL SUN
WATER DEPTH: 3" TO 12" (Maximum water depth is for mature lotus)
USDA HARDINESS ZONES: 4-11
Lotus are sold as bare root tubers, or sometimes later in the Spring as runners with small leaves. The growing points are fragile, and must be handled very carefully.
