Japanese Variegated Iris (Iris kaempferi variegata)
Japanese Variegated Iris has bright purple flowers that emerge from lush, sword-like foliage. The attractive foliage is variegated with very distinct green and white vertical stripes and adds interest to the water garden when the iris is not in bloom.
Hardiness Zone: 4-10
Planting Container: We recommend a 2 gallon solid planting container or a medium planting bag.
Light Requirements: full sun to part shade
Height: 2' to 3' - Spread: 12" to 24"
Water Depth: Moist Soil or water up to 1" above the crown (Maximum water depth is for mature bog plants)
